While Company contributions to this plan depend on year-end profitability, Employer contributions since the inception of this plan have been well above industry standards.

Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles for Company business is available to all employees. Other expenses incurred by an employee during the course of employment may also be reimbursable.

Full-time employees who have completed at least six months of employment with the Company may receive up to $350.00 per course for the successful completion of a job-related educational course from an accredited institution.
