Insurance Programs

Health Insurance

One of the hottest topics in the business world these days is health insurance. Here at Boston Health Care Systems, Inc. we have jumped ahead of the curve once again. Rather than subject our employees to the continuous barrage of truly appalling annual premium increases through a group plan, we have chosen to allow our employees to seek out the type of coverage that each individual feels is best for him or her self. The company contributes up to 50% of the cost of each eligible employee’s self-chosen health plan, and the employee may choose to have the remainder of the cost deducted pre-tax from paychecks. Healthier employees are able to find plans that save hundreds of dollars or more from the outdated group health plans.

Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance through Delta Dental’s DeltaPreferred is available to any full-time employee upon completion of six months of employment. This excellent program covers almost 100% of just about every kind of dental work you can imagine and costs just pennies per pay period!

Optional/Voluntary Insurance Products

A wide variety of specialty insurance products from Colonial Insurance is available to all qualified employees. These include Disability, Accident, Medical Bridge, Cancer and many more. All are provided at group rates that can save you lots of money!

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan

Eligible employees may elect to have certain medical expenses, dependent care expenses and health and dental insurance premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis. This puts more spendable income into your pocket!
